What motivates you to show up and do this work daily?

I show up to do this work daily because of students- the ones I have taught and the many I have not. All students deserve so much more than our current education system provides. I envision a world in which all students- regardless of their backgrounds and/or identity markers- are honored for their brilliance and can achieve the dreams they have for themselves.

Why did you join Chantelle George Consulting?

I joined Chantelle George Consulting to be part of a diverse team committed to educational equity. Chantelle has done an amazing job pulling together folks from all different backgrounds who are all committed to (a) students and (b) building more equitable access to postsecondary resources and support. I have stayed on this team because of its unwavering belief in learning and innovation. The team sees what's possible and is ready to think outside of the box to generate true, lasting change.
