As the founder and CEO of CG Consulting, Chantelle manages a team of diverse postsecondary consultants bringing forth systemic change to communities of color. 90% of her team identifies as either female or a person of color and 100% of her team has a background in college or career readiness. Chantelle’s professional clients include: ACT, OneGoal, NCAN, BottomLine, Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund, Charter School Growth Fund, Opportunity College, New Profit, Educate Texas, TRIO, Education Strategy Group, Amazon Career Choice, and College Spring. In just three short years, under Chantelle’s leadership, CG Consulting has partnered with over 15 organizations with an impact reach of ten states and over 100,000 students.

In the community, Chantelle serves as the Board chair of College Beyond, a non-profit that addresses the equity gap between students of color and affluent students in Louisiana. College Beyond is addressing this challenge by building underserved students’ social, cultural, and economic capital through holistic success coaching and small-dollar financial support. Chantelle is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the LSU Young Alumni Advisory Council and the National CocaCola Scholars Foundation Selections Committee.
