What motivates you to show up and do this work daily?

As the world changes drastically, it is important that education also change. Especially in light of recent current events, it is clear that there are still great inequities in this country. I believe that education is an avenue in which we can tackle the inequities; I desire to be part of the good fight to ensure that all kids in this country have the resources they need to become successful adults.
