What motivates you to show up and do this work daily?

As a first-generation college student, I personally had little to no direction in navigating throughout my post-secondary education. After being verbally told I would not graduate, I decided to switch gears in my collegiate career. I began to direct my personal experience and collegiate knowledge toward supporting students in many capacities as possible. Aspiring students motivate me to show up and do this work daily. Being able to provide the tools, opportunity, and guidance needed to succeed in the field of education.

Why did you join Chantelle George Consulting?

CGC provides the tools to allow me as a Higher Ed professional to switch from good to great! Being able to assist with providing momentous direction and opportunity for non-profit organizations, institutions, and employers that are geared towards impacting students’ lives. I am honored to be a part of such a life-changing organization.
