Leading College Spring's Network Expansion

Chantelle George Consulting can help build, scale, and improve your service model to impact more students.

The Client

Since 2008, College Spring has helped over 30,000 students from low-income backgrounds increase their SAT scores by an average of 104 points. CollegeSpring exclusively works with districts and schools that serve students who are historically underrepresented in higher education. CollegeSpring trains and supports high school teachers to provide school-based SAT instruction to all students in a junior class. CollegeSpring helps schools and teachers expand access to formal test prep, encouraging all students to consider college as a viable option for their futures. Currently, the College Spring program is in California and New York.

College Spring: Context + Needs

During the pandemic, College Spring recognized two hurdles to their future growth: 1) They needed to expand their existing service model and replicate it in new regions and (2) They needed to understand their vision and strategy for scale, and how that vision would inform a new operating model.
